2019 Champions Cup Details

This unique event, in its 2nd year, will run over 13 consecutive weeks, being screened LIVE, on Freesports on Thursday nights, 8pm – 11.00pm, starting on the 21st February 2019.

The event will feature all IPA Professional players, plus the current IPA Ladies World Champion

Venues: Savanna Pool & Snooker club, Whitefield, Manchester M45 8EH

Formats: 6/7 players per evening including 2 seeded players. Best of 9's single emlination, Best of 11's for Last 16 onwards

45 second shot clock for all matches

Direct Entry Fee £150

Prize Fund: 

Winner   £4,000
Runner Up   £2,000
Semi Finalist   £1,000
Quarter Finalist   £500

Prize fund guaranteed and will increase if sponsorship agreed.

Dress code:

Smart polo top plus standard IPA dress code. Tops MUST be tucked in. Personal sponsor logos permitted (3 max).IPA logo must be on front breast (either side)

Players note:
Toilet breaks are only permitted during adverts
Mobile phones must not be used or on view whilst playing
No alcohol in the arena
Players are reminded about the expected standards of behaviour e.g. use of foul language, hitting the table in anger etc

Professional Players must pay the entry fee before the 15th January 2019 in order to be eligible to participate. Players must also have paid their 2019 Tour deposit to be eligible.

Players must arrive at the venue no later than 6pm in order for a pre match interview to be recorded.

The top 8/16 at the end of the 2018 season will be seeded. If any players in the top 16 at this point have dropped off the IPA for the 2019 season, the number 9th/17th ranked player will be seeded and so on.

The full playing schedule will be available from the 17th February 2019.
